General conditions

Visits are tailor-made for international scientists on professional mobility and their families. Owners and colleagues are also welcome.

Reduced participation fees may be available depending on age.
Children under 6 years of age can visit free of charge.

Registration is possible:

• Up to 10 days before the date of the visit for visits with bus transportation
• Up to the day before, except for visits with a limited number of visitors or with a specific reservation (ask for information)

Payment at registration.

The reservation is effective upon receipt of the participant’s payment.

In case of withdrawal, the registration fee will not be refunded, as Science Accueil incurs these costs with the service providers.

Only cases of force majeure can be considered.

Visit times are subject to change.

Tours may be cancelled by Science Accueil depending on conditions. In this case, all payments will be returned to the registered participants.

Science Accueil cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations beyond its control.
