We respect your privacy, this is what happens to your information:

The information you send us via the secure form or your personal space is recorded in the Science Accueil file and may be transmitted to the Euraxess server file (researchers in motion), itself secure. Your data will not be given or sold to third parties, neither by Science Accueil nor by Euraxess.

These personal informations are accessible only to Science Accueil mobility agents and IT developers (Science Accueil or Euraxess), all respecting the professional secrecy. You have the right to rectify and delete your personal information, in accordance with the law in force on the protection of computerized data.

A non-confidential part of your information can also be transmitted to the referents of your host institution, to a very limited extent, allowing them to improve their own follow-up: identity information, status, place of work or study, dates of stay and name of the contact referent (scientific or administrative) that you have indicated, but not the content of our exchanges.

In your personal space, each request is classified and you can choose that the referent of your institution can have access to it (e.g. to help you in your search for accommodation). Thus, unless you agree, all our exchanges in your personal space remain between you and us.
